Why it exists

Online shopping in Nepal means opening five tabs and still not knowing if you are being overcharged. Sellers inflate the old price to fake a discount, list the same product under five different names, and change prices without telling anyone. We built the tool that tells you the truth in one search.

What you get

Everything you can do with it.

Search every store at once

One search runs across Nepal's major online stores and shows you who has it cheapest right now.

Side-by-side comparison

See the same product from every seller in one view, so the decision takes seconds rather than an afternoon.

Price history

See what the product has actually cost over time. A discount only means something against the real previous price.

Price drop alerts

Set the price you are willing to pay and get told the moment the product reaches it.

Deals worth looking at

A curated deals page, filtered so you are seeing genuine drops rather than manufactured ones.

12 categories

Mobiles, laptops, electronics, TVs and appliances, fashion, beauty, home and kitchen, sports, vehicle parts, baby, groceries.

Wishlist

Save the things you are watching and keep them all in one place.

Second-hand prices

Track used prices too, so you know whether buying new is worth the difference.

Chrome extension

Shop on Daraz or Hamrobazar as usual and we show you a cheaper option right on the page.

Android app

The same comparison and alerts on your phone.

Ask AI on any product

Ask whether the price is good, how it compares, or what a spec actually means.

Behind the features

How AI does the work

Every feature above is powered by something we built. Here is what is actually running.

The assistant

A second opinion before you buy

Every product carries an Ask AI button. Ask “is this actually a good price” and you get an answer built from our own price history and the other sellers we track, not a generic opinion.

Answers come back as product cards you can act on, rather than a paragraph you then have to go and verify yourself.

Under the hood: A dedicated AI bot Lambda behind the FastAPI service, with a provider abstraction over the model so inference can be switched or failed over without touching product code.

The hard part

Knowing two listings are the same thing

Showing prices is easy. Knowing that a differently worded listing on another store is the same physical product is the actual problem, and it is what makes a comparison trustworthy or useless.

Sellers write titles however they like, bury the quantity in the name and use different brand spellings. We match noisy listings to one canonical product so the cheapest price shown is genuinely the cheapest price for that exact thing.

Honest discounts

A discount that is really a discount

A banner saying 60% off means nothing if the seller invented the original price. Because we keep the full price history, we can compare a claimed discount against what the product genuinely sold for.

When the maths does not hold up, we show you the real saving instead of the advertised one.

Always fresh

Prices that are current, not last week's

A fleet of serverless scrapers runs continuously across merchants, writing into DynamoDB. The same data serves the website, the Android app and the Chrome extension, so whichever surface you use, you see the same current number.

Nothing here is a weekly export. If a price moved this morning, that is what you see.

Ask AI

Ask before you spend.

The assistant is attached to every product, on web and on Android. It answers from our own catalogue and price history, which means it can tell you something a general chatbot cannot: whether this specific price, from this specific seller, today, is actually worth taking.

Roadmap

  1. ShippedCross-store search, comparison, price history and drop alerts.
  2. ShippedAI shopping assistant, Chrome extension and Android app.
  3. In progressSmarter alerts that understand a good price rather than just a target number.
